Step 1: Open the cover found on your camera and locate the factory reset button.
Step 2: Press and hold the Reset button for 30 - 45 seconds allowing the camera to reset. Once the reset of the camera is complete, place the reset hatch back onto the camera and secure it back onto the camera.
