The serial number and model number of your device can be found on the serial tag of your device. Serial Number Tag
This will require physical access to your device. Locate the QR code stick on your device, the model number and serial number will be located on this tag.
Finding the Serial Number and Model Number Using Helix Pro
If your device is connected to the Helix Pro app you can locate the serial there as well.
To locate the serial number, open the Helix Pro app and access your device. In the app, tap on the settings icon, and select the edit option, this will display the details for your device.
The QR code section will be the serial number of the device. To provide a QR code of the serial number that can be scanned and used as a valid serial number, tap the QR code option and take a screenshot of the code.
