A schedule can be set that will allow the camera to only record or retain snapshots during specific days & times throughout the week. It controls 3 different record types, continuous, motion, IVS, and audio detection event schedules. For more information on how to create a schedule please refer to the information provided below.
Step 1: Log in to the web user interface (web UI) for your camera. For more information on how to access the web UI for your camera click here.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings>>Storage>>Schedule.
There are 3 record types:
Continuous: The camera captures all footage for the specified time period. Continuous snapshot schedules are represented by the color green.
Motion: The camera captures all motion detection events for a specified time period. Motion event schedules are represented by the color yellow.
IVS/Audio: The camera will capture all IVS and audio detection events. These record types will be represented as blue in the interface.
Step 3: To adjust a video recording schedule, select a record type then click and drag on the time bar for the desired date. To edit multiple days at once, drag the cursor further up or down to cover the other days. For instance, if you would like a rule to only apply from 6am till 6pm all week, click and drag the applicable area on the interface and click Apply.
A snapshot schedule can be modified similar to a recording schedule if needed in the Snapshot Schedule tab.
