The model number for your Helix device can be found on the serial number tag located on the physical device.
If the device is connected to a network the model number can also be found in the device's web user interface (web UI) using a web browser or using the Helix Pro mobile app. For more information on how to access your device using a web browser, click here.
If using the web UI, log into your device, click on Settings>>Information and locate the Model field.
If using the Helix Pro mobile app to find the model number, open the Helix Pro app and locate your device. Open the device in the app and tap on the settings icon. Go to Configuration Center>>System>>Device Information and locate the Product Model field to find the model number.
