The recordings on your NVR such as motion detection, IVS, and other recording types can be found in the Playback or Event Recording menu. These menus allow you to view, manage, and download the recordings on from your NVR directly from a web browser. Step 1: Open a web browser and log into your device. For more information on how to access the web user interface (web UI) for your device, click here.
Step 2: Click on the Playback icon.
Step 3: Select a channel and use the calendar to select a date with available events. A event filter can be used by selecting a continuous, motion, or IVS/audio event if needed.
This will allow only the selected event types to be displayed in the timeline.
Step 4: Use the clip option to clip and download events from the timeline. To use the clip feature, select the event you wish to download from the timeline, click the clip (scissor) icon, then drag the mouse on the timeline to create and start and end time of the download. Click the Save icon. Verify the start and end time and click Save.
The event will begin to download. The progress of the download can be verified in the Download List menu.
The recording will download to your computer as a .mp4 and can be viewed in most mainstream video players.
Downloading a Recording Using the Event Recording Menu.
The event recording menu allows you to view, search, and download events in a file list option instead of using a timeline. This provides you with a more accurate search method for downloading and viewing events. For more information on how to use the event recording menu, please refer to the information provided below.

Step 2: Click on the Event Recording icon.
Step 3: Select a channel from the Device List and enter a start and end time for the events. A event filter can be used to display only motion, IVS, human/vehicle etc. events. Click Search to view the events.
Step 4: Locate the event you want to view or download and use the icons in the Operate menu to view or download the event. To download the event, click the download icon ( ) and click Save. The event will begin to download. The progress of the download can be verified in the Download List menu.
