The serial number and MAC address for your Helix device can be found on the serial tag located on the physical device.
Note: The camera's serial number can only be found on the label on the physical device.
If the NVR is connected to a network the serial number can also be found in the device's web user interface (web UI) using a web browser or using the Helix Pro mobile app. For more information on how to access your device using a web browser, click here.
If using the web UI, log into your device, click on Settings>>Information and locate the Serial Number field.
If using the Helix Pro mobile app to find the serial number, open the Helix Pro app and locate your device. Open the device in the app and tap on the settings icon. Go to Configuration Center>>System>>Device Information and locate the Device SN field to find the serial number.
