The Events menu serves as a centralized hub where you can receive real-time push notifications, search for historical event logs, and instantly review video clips or snapshots that are saved to local storage.
The events menu will display all events for all devices on the Helix Pro app. To search for a specific event from a device, tap the Search icon (), select the device, enter a start and end time of the event, and select an event type (motion, human/vehicle, etc.) and tap Search to view the events in that time frame.
To view an event, select an event from the list. Use the icons provided in the interface to take a snapshot, pause/play, or clip the recording. All snapshot or clipped recordings will save to the File folder.
Tap the three dot options ()next to the event to view the live view, view the event in the playback menu via the timeline, or delete the event from the menu.
