Downloading recordings from the Helix Pro app to your phone is a straightforward process. This allows you to store recordings and share the events directly from your phone without having to access them from an NVR or other searching through the mobile app. For more information on how to download a recording please refer to the information provided below.
Step 1: Open the Helix Pro app and select your device. Tap Playback.
Step 2: All recordings for the current day will be displayed in the timeline. Tap Video Download.
Step 3: Enter the start and end time of the event you want to download. Tap Start Download.
Note: Tap Check download progress to verify the status of the download.
Step 4: Tap View the album to view the recording that was downloaded to your phone.
