The Intrusion menu allows you to define virtual boundaries on a camera's feed and configure real-time alerts or recordings that trigger whenever a person or vehicle enters and stays within that specified zone. This can be set up right from the Helix app.
Step 1: Open the Helix Pro app and select the device settings option for your device on the home screen () and select Settings.
Step 2: Select Configuration Center, select events, and select Intrusion.
Step 3: Select a channel (if using an NVR) and tap Enable. Tap Detection Area. Tap Delete to remove the default detection area then use your finger to set a detection area on the interface. It is best to tap points on the screen to create an intrusion area. Double tap on the screen to set the area. Tap Apply.
Note: A schedule can be applied to the rule if needed.
